Terms of Service

By using OrderClosr AI ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The service

OrderClosr AI is an AI sales agent for e-commerce merchants in Algeria. It replies to customer messages on Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp, creates shipments via configured couriers, and logs orders to your Google Sheet.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and channel credentials safe. Don't share account access. Tell us at security@orderclosr.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use OrderClosr to send spam, harass customers, sell illegal goods, or violate Meta / WhatsApp / Google's terms. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or generate excessive complaint rates.

4. Plans, billing, and trial

• New workspaces get a 14-day free trial, after which the AI stops replying until you upgrade.
• Paid plans (Starter / Pro / Scale) are billed monthly via Chargily Pay (Edahabia / CIB).
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Workspaces; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: pro-rated on request within 7 days of charge for service issues caused by us. No refunds otherwise.

5. Quotas

Each plan has an order quota (Starter 300/mo, Pro 1500/mo, Scale unlimited). When you hit the quota, the AI stops creating new orders until next billing cycle. Conversations continue but won't close into shipments.

6. Your content & data

You own everything you put into OrderClosr (conversations, orders, knowledge docs, glossary, customer data). We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI disclaimer

The AI may make mistakes — wrong prices, wrong stock, hallucinated promotions. We provide the handoff feature precisely for this reason. Review your AI's behaviour regularly. We're not liable for orders the AI confirms incorrectly. Use the AI Tuning page to teach corrections.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Meta, WhatsApp, Google, and courier APIs are out of our control — outages there propagate.

9. Termination

You can delete your workspace anytime (instant). We may terminate accounts violating these terms with reasonable notice (or immediately for severe abuse).

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderClosr's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll email you 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date = acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Disputes go to the courts of Algiers.
